What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness opens a doorway to a new way of being, a new way of living and a new way of seeing life, the universe and everything. Mindfulness is known to increase happiness and reduce suffering. It’s very accessible, practical and transformative.
You might be surprised to know that you can access Mindfulness without sitting meditating for hours. There are many ways to tune in ‘informally’ throughout your daily life.
Mindfulness is an experience; it’s not something you can learn without experiencing it. You’ll soon realise how lovely it feels to be here and now in the present moment, with relief from all that mind chatter.
Mindfulness teaches you to tune into your experience and to know yourself more deeply. It takes you out of automatic pilot mode and allows you to choose how you respond and behave.
