Natasha is a humanistic & integrative counsellor who works collaboratively and supportively with her clients to help transform anxiety and stress through connecting to their emotions and developing deeper self-awareness.

Join Natasha for an interactive discussion about emotion, what it is and how it shows up in the body. Following that, Natasha will carefully guide you through an exercise where you will discover more about yourself – examining your basic assumptions about emotions and helping you uncover any misleading or unhelpful beliefs you might be holding.

After the talk, Natasha will be available for questions about anything that came up for you during the evening and anything you may have always wanted to know about counselling and psychotherapy in general.

Natasha acquired substantial experience working with a wide range of psychological and emotional issues through her work for the Mind mental health charity in London, Bristol and Wiltshire, as well as in her private practice where she works individually with adults.

She supports clients with a broad range of difficulties, including the following:

- finding your way through sleepless nights, stress, anxiety and panic attacks

- making peace with the painful past

- transforming that ‘I’m not good enough’ inner critic that plays on your mind

- improving relationships meaningfully

- finding a connection with yourself that feels more accepting and compassionate

- rekindling your inner spark and passion for life.
