Laughter yoga Bath

In this group we will breath, smile, move and laugh - just for the sake of it. Laughing out loud tells your brain to produce feel good hormones, which effect your health in many positive ways. If you are willing to let go of the story in your head and spend an hour taking yourself and the world less seriously, come and play, even be a little silly and feel liberating effect this has on your life.

There is nothing to loose but lots to gain:

Laughing reduces stress and anxiety, relieves pain, reduces anger, enhances communication, boosts moral, inspires creativity and boosts immunity.

Wear some comfy clothes you feel good in. We will be moving, breathing, clapping and smiling. The rest happens by itself.
