Mindfulness Coach

I have been qualified to teach mindfulness since 2022. As an ex-GP, with a scientific background, I was excited to discover how much research has been done which shows the benefits of incorporating mindfulness into our lives. I started practising mindfulness in 2018, saw the benefits for myself and decided to train to teach it to others in 2020 with the prestigious Oxford Mindfulness Foundation.


I run introductory group beginners' courses and longer 8-week group courses that aim to offer mindfulness skills to people seeking to find more peace in their lives, enhancing the positive aspects whilst reducing stress and increasing resilience.

I am now studying towards a Masters Degree in Mindfulness at Bangor University - there is always something new to learn and share with others!


When not teaching, I work as an artist and a volunteer maths tutor at a charity. I love walking my dogs in the countryside and also attempt to keep fit by going to Zumba and yoga classes. MIndfulness has also helped me to overcome my stage fright and I now sing (badly) in a band!
