In the safety of this sacred space we feel free to let go of the centuries of conditioning imposed on us , to find our inner voice buried for so long beneath the layers of surpressed emotions and to give ourselves space to heal. 

As we surrender to the resounding beat of the drum the gateway to our subconscious opens and we connect with the true essence of ourselves, with one another, with Spirit and the Earth. 

As we set an intention at this potent time between inbetween the Equinox and Beltane , we feel the spring sap rising in our blood, the fire in our veins calling us to dance and the heartbeat of the drum connecting with our own as we send seeds of  love and aspirations for world peace into the universe. 

Through ecstatic dance., chanting and drumming  followed by a Shamanic journey we receive the powerful wisdom and medicine we need to help empower and heal ouselves and our ancestors before us. 

Bring a drum if possible. I have a few spare rattles if not.
